As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Women's Wellness Guide, I support women in midlife who are navigating hormonal changes, perimenopause, and feeling out of balance in their bodies.

This is a stage of life where your body is changing — you might feel tired, sluggish, bloated, or stuck with stubborn weight gain that no longer responds to old methods like dieting or restriction.

My approach is about nourishment, not deprivation.

I teach women how to eat more whole, plant-based foods that naturally support hormonal balance, gut health, energy, and sustainable weight management — without obsessing over portion control or complicated diets.

I create a supportive, non-judgemental space for women to feel heard, guided, and empowered.

 

With years of experience in holistic nutrition, perimenopause support, and mindful living, I help you feel vibrant again — using simple food and lifestyle shifts, gentle cleansing programs, yoga, and mindset practices designed for women in their 40s and beyond.

Most approaches to healthy eating focus on counting calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. But those lists of restrictions just don't work for everyone.

 

The same goes for exercise regimens, which can be overwhelming for busy people who just want to focus on making progress as quickly as possible.

 

That's why I've developed coaching programs that help clients make better food and lifestyle choices and simple improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together.

I'm Suzanne, a Women's Wellness Coach, Certified Health Coach (Institute for Integrative Nutrition, New York), and Yoga Teacher.

I am deeply passionate about supporting women in midlife — especially those navigating hormonal changes, perimenopause, and feeling disconnected from their bodies.

As a mum of two young adults & a teenager, living an active life with my husband, a dog and a cat, I understand how life can feel busy, overwhelming, and how easily our own wellbeing can take a back seat.

My approach is simple and real — I help women over 40 feel energised, balanced, and confident again through holistic lifestyle practices, nutrition coaching, gentle cleansing programs, yoga, and mindful movement.

 

I am also passionate about living a low-tox lifestyle and love teaching women how to use pure essential oils for natural skincare, emotional wellbeing, and everyday health support. Small changes in our homes and routines can have a powerful impact on how we feel.

 

I believe that health is not about perfection — it's about creating simple, sustainable rituals that nourish your body, mind, and soul.

I love creating spaces for women to connect, share, and feel supported — whether through my programs, workshops, or community events. There is nothing more powerful than women coming together to support each other on their wellness journey.
